Tether: AI Health Companion

Your health data exists. You just can't understand it.

This project is currently in progress. We're designing Tether — an AI-powered health companion that helps patients actually understand their medical records. Right now, health data is technically accessible but practically unusable: scattered across disconnected portals, written in clinical language, and nearly impossible to act on.

We've completed our research, concept validation, and design - and this quarter we're focused on development, user testing, and refining the experience based on what we learn.
